Samantha Schneider is the founder and Principal of AmpersandPeople. She is an established People Leader with over 20 years of experience in recruiting and human resources working with a variety of industries. Samantha has supported clients around the Bay Area, CA to NY & everywhere in between, including international clients in Israel, UK, South Korea and Canada. In addition to working with some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley, Samantha has been recognized as one of the Top 100 influential recruiters across the globe by LinkedIn in its inaugural class of the LinkedIn 100 Award.
Samantha founded AmpersandPeople because of her passion for helping companies implement, scale and iterate their people practices. As a trusted counselor to senior leaders at both large and small companies, she has a proven track record of growing and retaining high performing teams.
Samantha holds a Bachelors in Organizational Communications from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. When she’s not working, she enjoys adventuring to places she's never been & exhausting her Annual Pass to Disneyland, as well as mentoring & giving back to her community.
Tania Bassoni is a founding partner of AmpersandPeople. She brings over 18 years of experience in HR operations, including onboarding, project management, systems knowledge and recruiting coordination for tech companies.
At AmpersandPeople, Tania, focuses on support and program creation, building customized training programs & branded communication materials for clients, and ATS management.
Bassoni holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her young family.
Kate DeSanti has a great passion for customer service and 10 years experience in Recruiting and HR administration in start-up and high-tech environments.
With her skill set, Kate focuses on giving clients support with recruitment operations, workplace & candidate experience. She also enjoys making sense out of chaos and helping companies establish the most effective processes and procedures within their Human Resources needs.
She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. Kate now lives in Orange County CA with her husband, Brian, and two dogs. She loves to read and explore the local wineries near her home.
Nadia Millikin is a Consulting Director for AmpersandPeople. In her role Nadia focuses on full cycle Recruiting, process and program creation, as well as Talent Branding. Nadia brings extensive experience as a Human Resources Leader, specializing in Talent Management and HR/Talent Operations with an emphasis on creating and implementing programs that lead to a positive candidate and employee experience.
Nadia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Arizona State University. Nadia resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband, daughter, and their dog. When she is not working, Nadia enjoys spending time with her family, supporting the Arizona State football team, and traveling to new places.
Stacy Soberalski is an internationally experienced People leader. She has lead Recruiting & HR within high profile, global organizations such as Google (US and EMEA based), MTV Networks, Tribune Company, and Omnicom Media Group, Stacy has experience in all facets of People Operations.
As a part of her educational foundation, Stacy holds a BA in Psychology from DePaul University and a Masters in Occupational Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago Jane Addams College of Social Work.
The entrepreneurial spirit has always been a part of Stacy’s life and career. Along with her HR work Stacy is also the co-founder/owner and general manager of Hersly Wines, a small boutique wine label in Napa, CA.
When not working, Stacy, her husband Adam, and rescue dog Mae, are avid volunteers with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and have been a part of raising over $20 million for the hospital via events in NYC and Napa since 2006. Spending time sipping wine with family and friends is her favorite activity.
